During her tenure, she played a key role in transforming a family-owned business into a global organization operating across more than ten countries. She led complex organizational transformation, strengthened governance and reporting frameworks, and supported the company through two major ownership transitions to Fosun and subsequently Blackstone, as well as its preparation for a successful public listing.<\/p>\n<p>Her experience spans strategy, operations, governance, ESG, human resources, marketing, technology, legal affairs and organizational development.
