Holly Bridwell is a consulting manager at Point B, a management consulting firm, where she helps organizations strategically prepare to meet evolving regulatory requirements.

Her work centers on sustainability regulatory reporting (GHG inventories, Scope 3 emissions, CSRD, TCFD) and the strategic planning that turns compliance value create. That means conducting materiality assessments, mapping data gaps, developing regulatory roadmaps, and building the stakeholder communications that connect what a company is measuring to what decision-makers and regulators need to see.

Her background includes ESG program development in commercial banking, climate transition planning, and strategic stakeholder engagement. More recently, she has focused on responsible AI enablement such as developing adoption frameworks and training content that help enterprise teams put AI to practical use.

Holly holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, where she received the Social Impact Scholar Award.
