Entries<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1. Entries<\/span>
\n Entries must be submitted by filling in the Entry Form which can be downloaded from the Asia Sustainability Reporting Awards (ASRA) webpage at www.csrworks.com\/asra<\/a><\/span>
\n 2. Entry Fee<\/span>
\n There is a small entry fee to cover the administrative costs as well as the cost of the awards ceremony gala dinner event. The entry fee entitles each participating organisation one complimentary pass, irrespective of the number of entries submitted, to attend the awards ceremony gala dinner. The fee schedule is provided in the Entry Form. Entries without accompanying entry fee will not be accepted.<\/span>
\n 3. Payment<\/span>
\n An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to the registree once an entry has been received. Payment may be made by bank transfer or online by credit card or as indicated in the invoice. Overseas cheques are not accepted. Only Singapore based organisations may make payment by cheque.<\/span>
\n 4. Confirmation<\/span>
\n Once full payment is received and verified, a confirmation email will be sent out to the registered email address. Entries will be sent to the judging panel only upon receipt of the entry fee.<\/span>
\n 5. Multiple entries<\/span><\/span>
\n For multiple entries, a submission of a separate Entry Form is required for each category.<\/span>
\n An indication of the total number of entries must be submitted for the Awards in order to qualify for the multiple-entry bundle fee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Charges, Taxes and Levies<\/strong><\/span>
\n 1. Bank Charges<\/span><\/span>
\n When making the payment through bank transfer, all applicable bank charges will be borne by the sender. Entries received with short payment will be disqualified and will not be sent for judging.<\/span>
\n 2. Taxes and Levies<\/span><\/span>
\n All taxes and levies incurred (as applicable in the participating organisation\u2019s country of origin)are to be borne fully by the participating organisation. Entries received with short payment will be disqualified and will not be sent for judging.<\/span><\/p>\n

Evaluation<\/strong><\/span>
\n 1. Evaluation of Reports<\/span>
\n Only the publicly available sustainability report will be considered for judging the entry. Information provided in the Entry Form will also be taken into consideration. Sustainability information which is not disclosed publicly or available as well as future plans and initiatives will not be accepted. The evaluation of entries is strictly limited to the quality of the report and is in no way a representation of any kind of the participating organisation\u2019s sustainability credentials or practices.<\/span>
\n In no way does CSRWorks international assume any responsibility for the reliability of any product or service of the participating organisations and the reliance on our service as a full or partial basis for conducting business.<\/span>
\n 2. Feedback<\/span>
\n Judges\u2019 brief comments may be provided upon request without any additional cost.<\/span>
\n Participating organisations may order a more comprehensive assessment of their report by paying a small fee in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Use of ASRA Logo<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1. Use of ASRA Logo<\/span><\/span>
\n Winners as well as finalists are eligible to refer themselves as \u201cWinner\u201d and \u201cFinalist\u201d respectively. The winners and finalists will receive an ASRA logo (of their respective accomplishment titles) that they can use on their website and other promotional material as a mark of their sustainability excellence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Awards Ceremony<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1. Participation<\/span><\/span>
\n All participating organisations are invited to be part of the Awards Ceremony cum Gala Dinner to be held in Singapore. All attendees will be required to complete a registration form before the applicable RSVP deadline.<\/span>
\n 2. Passes<\/span><\/span>
\n The Entry fee is inclusive of one complimentary\/free pass per organisation to attend the ASRA Ceremony irrespective of the number of entries submitted. Subject to availability, additional passes to the Awards Ceremony may be purchased by interested organisations or individuals.<\/span>
\n 3. Transfer<\/span><\/span>
\n If you are unable to attend, a substitute may be nominated with no additional charges. The name and title of the substitute is to be given to CSRWorks International in writing one week prior to the event at asra@csrworks.com<\/a><\/span>
\n 4. Damages, loss, liabilities or Injuries<\/span><\/span>
\n CSRWorks International cannot be held responsible for any damages, loss, liabilities or injuries incurred as a result of participation.<\/span>
\n 5. General<\/span><\/span>
\n CSRWorks International reserves the right to amend the Awards Ceremony including cancellation or change in location, and\/or dates of the event without prior notice. CSRWorks International shall not be held liable for any loss caused by the changes\/ cancellation of the event where such alteration is due to force majeure.<\/span><\/p>\n
